Responsibilities
  • Learn to provide accurate information about insurance products and services
  • Assist customers with applications, policy updates, and claims under guidance
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and prompt responses
  • Build strong client relationships by focusing on trust and service
  • Participate in local events and community activities

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn and pursue state licensing (training reimbursement provided)
  • Sales, customer service, or community engagement experience a plus
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to join our five-language office

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
